Design Process

Bring your ideas

-Plan on starting the design process at least 4-6 months prior to your wedding date(We do take rush orders depending on nature of business)

-Magazine clippings, internet pics, etc....

-From your inspirations, we work with you to create a sketch of your ideal dress

- We work with you in choosing fabric and trims, as we have various samples and resources to some of the finest silks, imported French laces, and trims throughout the world

Fittings

Custom gowns usually consists between 3-5 fittings in order to create the perfect fit. The first fitting is a "muslin" fitting, where we use a cheaper fabric first to test out your design before the actually fabric is cut out. This gives you a chance to see how the gown will look on you before making any final decisions. After the muslin fitting, your dress fabric will be cut out and sewn by an expert seamstress and will require about 2 additional fittings to ensure a couture fit.

Final Garment

-All dresses are professionally pressed and include a commercial garment bag with your order.
